Looks a bit too far gone to me. It would probably be cheaper to pull it down, salvage what's still good of the materials and then build something similar on the site - preferably a bit further back from the road!

I've been to the cemetery at Aberfan twice and both times I've lasted about 10 minutes before having to leave. Seeing all the children's white graves lined up is just overwhelming.
