This building served to house construction workers who built the Hotel del Coronado and later became an apartment building destined for demolition. It was moved to the present location on Hotel del Coronado property from Ynez Place at the foot of 'A' Avenue near the post office. It now houses offices for the hotel.

It's the Boat House Restaurant, not the Hotel del Coronado. Over 100 years ago it was the boat house of the Hotel.
