This twin condo is the Ocean Ritz. Ours is the little slice that you see in the picture on the right, just like the Ocean Ritz. This is an accurate picture of our beach. There is never hardly anyone out walking except holidays when the 'tourist' come. We love it there on the 14th floor. We get lonesome because we only have one person living there who are relatives, my cousins, .Kay and Richard King in Port Orange. It would be perfect if all my family would just move to Florida! (especially Ava Belle!)
