24th. April 2007. Comment made about the name. Now 3rd. August 2009. About time the name was altered in the main title, please.

The new Pavilion is now fully operational.

Thanks go to all the members of the Romiley Bowling and Tennis Club, friends, councillors and many others, who in any way, contributed to raising the various funds that enabled us to provide the facilities for the builders and who in turn have done a wonderful job.

The original pavilion was destroyed by arsonists in March 2008, twenty days before our Centenary was due to be celebrated. (RB&TC. AH 27/07/09)

I have now put it over the area I took it from but on this photo the flats do not exist so it is as near to the spot I took it from as I can do. I do hope this meets with your approval. regards...
