Thank you for your comments Bob Flett. I remember the walkway to the house which had just 2 rows of palm trees, unfortunately, most are now dying. I heard the same story as you. Rumour has it that it will be either a museum or a parador, either would be great in my opinion. Such a beautiful house...shame to leave it standing. Obviously, someone is attending the gardens and the external walls. Could do with new curtains though!
