Prahaladpur in ghazipur district is probably Pal Lat pur which later converted to prahladpur. In ancient history Pal kings were also follower of buddhism and may be this pillar was erected by one of the Pal king.

mr sagar 16, the indian kapilvastu which is inside indo-nepal border & it is not the birth place of lord buddha & i never said it. it is the Archaeologist W.C.Peppe in year 1898 proved it as kapilvastu & this place is about 32 kms south to lumbini-nepal which is the birth place of lord buddha.At the time of lord buddha there was nothing like nepal & india.
