In addition to my main website (www.northeastwaterfalls.com), I am co-administrator of the World Waterfall Database (www.worldwaterfalldatabase.com). As I travel to new places, I primarily seek waterfalls. While I photograph other various subjects, waterfall photography is a special focus.

As seen in the June 2010 edition of Backpacker Magazine.

Kind words are much appreciated. Margaret Falls was one of the most intriguing waterfalls I visited when I was in BC and Alberta a few years ago. The narrow and sinuous valley was great and the falls are an excellent slow shutter study.

It's not a large waterfall, but the geometry is very pleasing to the eye. My wife and son really like this place.

The one time I went looking for it, I found a rugged dirt road that looked like a private logging road cutting right through somebody's yard. I got the feeling that it wasn't exactly in common use as a public road, that I was encroaching upon someone's privacy. Rather than intrude, I boogied for Sculptured Rocks. Is the road passable? Very curious...

A pretty spot seldom seen by general public.
