My wife and I live in Canada and will be traveling to Banff this coming July 12th. We'll be staying in the area for about five weeks. We're really looking forward to the experience but know little about this particular part of Scotland. Can anyone enlighten us as to what is a must see and what festivals etc occur during July/August!

p.s. Any decent fish and chip shops? lol
