I think that even the Coombs goats are only on the roof for about 6 months of the year. (It rains a lot in winter, so maybe they'd slide off?)

The closest I've knowingly been to goat cheese is Feta, which is about 30% goat I think.

Your gallery is a breath of fresh air - though I don't know whether I'd like to smell what's down there!
