Agreed with the above; but this is a nice photo of a scene often viewed from "The View Point" south of Ardgay.
If I am right the large hill in the background is the Ben More Assynt ridge which includes Conival. Both are Munroes (higher than 3,000ft / 914m).
What is interesting is that the photo seems reversed; looking west, north to the left. If this is a view from the viewpoint that should be reversed.
And the location in Google Earth is about 2 miles off from the actual viewpoint. Photographer paynekj has a similar photo from the viewpoint which is correctly oriented.
How do I know? You wouldn't see it but my house is in the photo.
This is not a pic of the "Heights oif Duror." It is taken from the A82 approaching the Ballachulish Bridge from the north and is looking at "The Pap" in Glenachulish.
