Yes I am shure. ;) I am historian, and I study the history of these palace and his most famous owner: António de Sousa de Meneses, called "o Braço de Prata" (the Silver-Arm). In these palace also lived D. João Manuel da Costa, son of D. Rodrigo da Costa, Vice-Roy of Portuguese India. Actually, the palace is occupied by the offices of President of the REFER (Rede Ferroviária Portuguesa - Portuguese Rail-roads). Greetings! :)
