A very atmospheric view of a lovely area of the UK. My son and I were in the village of Alsop-en-le-Dale on 2nd August 2009 where the R&B band he is in played a private gig at a party. Paul was very taken with the place.

Hermann and I are old friends. We first met in 1972 when we were introduced by Karl-Heinz Todtmann of Oerlinghausen. A very boring job being a statue.

Lovely town; lovely people and Herforder Pils.

Visited Spurn on the 5 April 2009 and received a very warm welcome from the staff at the cafe.

The North Notts Shadows Club meets here on a regular basis. It has a great concert room complete with stage.

Luling has its place in rock 'n' roll history thanks to Charlie Fitch.

I corresponded with Charlie Fitch in the mid-to-late seventies and dearly wished to meet him. Alas he is no longer with us.
