As our new council takes the reigns to guide us through the next 4 years, I am reminded, sadly, of the failure or perhaps lack of interest, of the 2 previous councils to strive to seek an alternative use for this fine building, and retain the built heritage for perhaps even another 100 years.

70 Montreal St - my old apartment in Kingston! :)
This building has been recently renovated and turned into a pub with beer, wine, and appetizer plates available. It now looks like this.

This photo primarily shows the Planetarium Dome at the Manitoba Museum, not the Concert Hall. Still a great photo though!
