It looks as if it may have been taken from the Forest Inn beach, but no this location abuts the Town beach and is also public access. Neighbouring homes beach boats here, but not a marina (lol).

That is the problem with this falls. The only way to get a real good look at he falls is to hike down river on slippery rocks and risk a fall.

Canadian National Railway (CNR) iron brodge over Pelican Lake. Hwy 72 crosses over the East end of this lake on it's way to the town of Sioux Lookout, the hub of Northern Ontario.and one of the best fishing and hunting paradise you you'll find in this part of the Canadian SHield bar none.

DO NOT attempt to drive up Sioux Mtn with a two wheel drive pickup. It was real scarywhen I did just that thirty-five years ago. In that time the road has probably been washed away by rain and snow melt. The hike will do you good.
