The Bali tower is a beautiful structure with a really good restaurant. It's part of the Menjangan Resort and I just stayed there for a week, diving at Menjangan Island with the dive team at the resort, staying in a little house over the water in the mangroves, and soaking up nature that I didn't think existed in Bali any more.
I stayed in these gazebos at Menjangan Resort when I went diving to Menjangan Island. Really amazing little houses right in the middle of the mangroves adn overlooking the water. Very special place! They call the water area 'sentigi' which is Indonesian for special. And it is.
This is the Bali Tower restaurant, an incredible monument buried in the jungle. Nobody knows about it! They have a restaurant here which serves really good food, and you can eat a Balinese-style dinner under the stars at the top of the tower, looking down onto the trees. There's a really wild story behind how they built this thing. But you've got to see it to believe it!!!
