How could anyone dispute this photo?? Portree Pier front with the famous Skye Gathering Hall behind. Many a dance and ceilidh has been held in this hall.

This photograph is taken outside the Rosedale Hotel,Beaumont Crescent, PORTREE. The beautiful hill in the background is Ben Tianavaig and opposite it (not included in this photo) is the area known as Scorrybreac, with Ben Chracaig rising above it; this area of land is owned by the CLAN NICOLSON.

Yes - Mmmm. one thing E. Bissonnette is not good at is spelling and that really gets to me; it stands out like a long nose!!! This castle is one of our most visited, where people get married at and he spells it wrong.
