Many thanks for your awards and great comments.
I have every sympathy with all your thoughts and agree 100% with you.
Except that I spent a lot of time and energy getting the petition distributed and made effective 2 years ago, along with many others of course. I simpy can´t face doing it again with only a 0.00001% of success. Life is too short. Time for me to move on. I have other battles to face right now and they are taking time and energy. Sorry!! I´m sure you understand. I wish all success!
I am enjoying ipernity - or I would if I wasn´t somewhat stymied by a computer virus!
Best wishes, Andy

Hi,dear friend, all these years Panoramio was for me unforgettable experience, bearing a lot of beauty from all over the world, many ideas for new trips and especially many new friendships! Panoramio was a wonderful community of people who appreciate the loveliness in the world around us and who is able to share it with others. I wish you from all my heart happiness, health and success, many trips, great pictures and emotions! I hope we can preserve a piece of our community.my facebook
There is also our Latest Petition in Change.org, recent history is proving, that only with petitions we can't do anything, if Google doesn't want to hear anymore our voices, but we have to try! Please share this message with your contacts, any mail and any signature counts!

WHO CAN TRUST GOOGLE ANYMORE ???
After the first petition with 10.500 signatures, in June 2015 Google declared that "Panoramio will stay alive". Now just one year after that statement, they decided to close Panoramio forever. Step by step they destroyed their own platform !!! Google – Earth, User’s Statistics last year suffered a nervous breakdown ! Any sense of credibility and justice is totally lost, together with our work !!!!!!!!! In a normal & democratic world, this isn’t fare comportment.
We can still fight for the preservation of this platform! The address for your protest: Alphabet Inc. Attn Corporate Secretary 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 Email: email@example.com
There is also our Latest Petition in Change.org, but recent history is proving, that only with petitions we can't do anything, if Google doesn't want to hear our voices & respect the hours we spent to create its empire.
In any case, there is a God, who is seeing all this injustice !
