I took that picture from the hotel at that location back in 2007. i am a roady for a living, and i was driving a truck for the George Michael tour back then. This year i was back in Bucharest with the AC/DC concert at the Piaza Constitutei. I was very impressed by that enormous ugly building that Ceaucescu put there. i think it contains all the building materials that are missing in the rest of the city...
I surely hope that your efforts in archtecture are going to make this city a bit more beautifull in the future. There must be a market for redesigning and finishing all that abandoned building projects over there.

Even I have tried a lot to position the photo where it was taken but there are some which were located farther than where it should be, round 10% out of about 1000 photos taken in the Netherlands. I could be quite sure about those I took at places where I stayed for some time, only those taken when I was traveling on the road or from trains since I have too little time to define the view in connection with the map. Further, it's also difficult to locate them at a strange places.
I would made an entire review and repositioning those in the coming time when I have more fee time and in the meantime I would appreciate so much your kind suggestion should you know some well.

If you think that a picture is taken in the suburbs of Leiden, you should place it near Leiden and not 25km to the north.
