Celtic Trinity Knot tree design: planted mid '80s by the McCabe Family. They planted that whole hill (known as ‘Tormór’) in the mid-eighties, and planted the design in the centre (Celtic Trinity Knot) with Japanese Larch on Sitka Spruce. The Glencar area is divided between Co. Sligo & Co. Leitrim, this design & surrounding property is in Co. Sligo. It was privately funded/planted for the enjoyment of all & the Celtic design appears best in autumn when the Japanese Larch change colour. source: A.MacCabe, Glencar, Co. Sligo

yes, it is augher castle and lake

I used to live at 32 Norglen Road, I left in 1974 for Toronto, Ontairo. The house sure looks different than I remember, looks really good. Good job to whoever owns it now.

Great vista photo of Belfast, looking east, with the gantries of Harland & Wolff shipyards in the background. The company built H.M.S. Titanic and her sister ship Olympia there in the 1910s. There's a good deal of brick and mortar between the photographer and the distant hills of County Down.
