How long has it been since the Backyard Blues? I've been visiting that neighbourhood for about 10 years and that building has always looked like that to me...
Let me point my brother at this photo. Maybe he can shed some light. My parents retired back to Columbus in 1978, and my brother returned back to there in 1982, after a "hitch" in the Air Force.
