Roberto Tomei

Roberto Tomei Sono nato a Carrara nel 1932 ed ho vissuto nella mia città natale fino al 1950. In seguito mi sono trasferito prima a Firenze e poi a Bolzano. Dal 1963 risiedo a Terni. Nel 1960 iniziai a fotografare, preferendo reportage di viaggio su pellicola invertibile a colori. Fino al 1982 ho usato una Mamiya 35 a telemetro; in seguito passai ad apparecchi reflex della Pentax. Dal 2004 adopero quasi esclusivamente macchine fotografiche digitali: Fuji, Olympus e Panasonic. La mia lunga attività amatoriale ed i frequenti viaggi in Italia ed all’estero, per lavoro e soprattutto per diporto, hanno reso possibile la realizzazione di un imponente archivio di diapositive, foto digitali e stampe.
