Built originally as the American Stores Center, this 25 story building opened in June 1998. Office size is approx. 610,000 gross square feet, with a nine level parking structure with 1457 spaces. Truly a beautiful building, and a giant plus for the skyline of Downtown SLC. The roof also has 2 heli-pads.
