This is a real beauty. Love the light in this. Multiple exposure? 2 maybe 3? Very nice work.
Best regards, Tom
I worked for Anshen + Allen in San Francisco. Before my time the firm designed the Chapel of the holy cross. Bob Anshen had great vision for the beauty of nature in man's humble works.Steve allen was and artist at putting it all together. See http://www.anshen.com
Wonderful light situation, and a wonderful shot! Greetings from Germany, Lothar
excellent composition and impressive tower.
you are 100% correct - my mistake. It is definitely mapped correctly, and now by Google earth "measuring ruler" it is 2.67 miles to the capitol dome.
Since an expert hasn't checked in yet, I'll suggest that they're globe mallow. Mexicans call it mal ojo, which means bad eye. The plant is covered in tiny spines that get on your hands if you touch it. You don't notice them until you touch your face and they get in your eyes. I hear it's very irritating. I'm careful to not touch them.
Wow - that is very kind of you to say. I am humbled. As you can see from my porfolio, southern Utah was a recent trip for us - spectacular beauty!
W1- That is so very kind of you- I am very flattered. I'm happy that you enjoyed my photos, and I will stop by and visit your gallery as well. Best regards and greetings from Wisconsin.
