We both know that the rocks are not green. Only Peridotite (such as in the rock Lherzolite), or Pistachite (Epidote), or copper, perhaps Antlerite, would give that kind of colour. But this colour is not about the rock; it is about the stuff that makes it hard for a geologist to tell what kind of rock it is. But if the rocks at Margs are anything like the rocks at Albany then this should be... mixtite, which has pale and dark bands. Now, if only we could get rid of that green stuff.
