Very Nice Photo! Teča sa Dunava - Serbia!

This is a commonly photographed building because of the huge boundary marker right by the front door. I recall seeing a picture of it (and it's owner at the time) in the 1983 book about the US-Canada border "Lakes Peaks and Praries".

Pegase1972, you have really added to your photo library this year! Good to see I am not the only one who enjoys poking around the border. That Lineboro border station photo really threw me - I didn't know it was still there.

Funny you should mention the videophones. They were one of my creations. Here's a photo of me installing one along the St. Lawrence: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/39979591

US territory! No land connections!

Note: This is the Ogdensburg (US) side of the bridge.

Barney - Here's what I have:

End of Mariposa Road Nogales AZ 85621

I doubt the architect was inspired by bacon, but who knows? If he were inspired by the US flag as many claim, you would think he would paint the stripes starting with red.

Ah yes, the Old Costoms Restaurant! I found some neat old photos of when that was a working border inspection station.
