I lived in Boma in 2001-2002, my dad was the district commissioner at the time. Even though a lot more was renovated it looked almost the same :) I hear they finished the renovations for the whole fort a few years ago and turned most of the DC residence into part of the Guest House and the rooms in the picture above into offices I believe. Man I want to go back there some day :)
oh that is great. its fantastic there and there is a lot of wild life around that area, its my ambition to catch them on camera next time i go there. you have wonderful pics as well.
