The largest marsupian that ever lived, reaching 3 tonnes of weight. A "gentle giant" feeding mainly on leaves and shrubs. Although parts of Australia invironment for millions of years, Diprotodon disappered several thousand years after the arrival of Aboriginals. Diprotodon was first discovered in Wellinton caves, but this model is based on a complete skeletons from Lake Callabonna
