I was wondering about this photo as it apears to have been taken from my house.
We have lived in this property for a little over a year now, and this is the view from my kids bedroom.
I was wondering when it was taken, i'm guessing around 2008 as you have another snowy photo from this location in that year.
Where you a friend of the properties previous tenant? do you have any other photos from this area?

My favourite thing about this photo is the way the masts and rigging stand out against the evening sky. The lights on either side of the clipper seem to act as a frame.
