Thanks for these wonderful pictures. I grew up in the area and would take bicycle rides with my father to this area. Your title is incorrect as this is not a cannery. It is the old Hamakapoko Sugar Mill. It's a shame that the ruins have been vandalized with graffiti. Here are some references to sugar mill:
