the "box" with the "misplaced?" comment is there to give somebody the chance to sort of correct the position of a photo on the map. You can click on the box and drag the red pointer somewhere else to suggest an other position for the picture if you feel the picture was taken in a different spot. The person who has taken the photo has the option to correct or ignore your suggestion.
