Hello Steve, its great to see you return to check out this colorful 18th B/Day cake for a special friend. This one was a lot of fun. I appreciate the YSL again:)

kind wishes, Sarah

No place like home; I do so love "them thar hills" of western North Carolina!!!

Looks the garlic bloom is wearing an elf hat!

Multi-flowers + Multi-colors = this Uni-beautiful photograph!

Violets: small, somewhat under-appreciated, oft-overlooked, flowers that grow in abundance throughout the eastern U.S. (and other-where). They come in many colors/shades, are edible (don't eat too many at one time though), used for medicinal purposes and to garnish salads, plus have a shape and beauty all their own. Now how cool is that!

"Muguet des bois"- a woman's fragrance line introduced by the House of Coty in 1941 with the scent of fresh Lilly of the Valley flowers. I have it in a cologne, body splash, lotion, shower gel, and linen spray! Must be a favorite of mine, whaddaya think? :) But did you know this plant is very poisonous?!
