I was recently down that way and saw the house in question, yes maintenance is high but if they don't keep it the NSW gov will step in and demolish it so....may as well use it...say what

Funny you should say that, I holidsyed in this area as a kid and we used to call this rock 'shag rock' on account of the many birds (shags) that sat on it and left their droppings.
