Ioan Bacivarov
Dr. Ioan C. Bacivarov is a University Professor in quality, dependability (reliability, maintainability, safety & security) and electronic technology at the most important technical university in Romania and a technical journalist (member of the National Union of Professional Journalists from Romania), Editor-in-Chief / Editor of several national & international journals in the field, including “Quality Assurance”, “Calitatea”, “Quality Engineering” a.o. He realized the covers & photos for more than 50 issues of these journals. Dr. Bacivarov published more than 15 books and 200 papers in the above mentioned field, as well as more than 200 papers in different fields (management, culture, controversial areas a.o.). He had several interventions regarding artistic and cultural problems in media (journals, radio, TV), too. Among Ioan’s hobbies we can mention: artistic photography (he obtained several prizes during the time), film, computer graphics and traveling (esp. to artistic and historic destinations). Note.
