one rarely encounters a wide awake beaver, but you can clearly see the work of a single beaver over many weeks,, beavers are well known as a canadian historical figure, for it was the trapping and collecting of beaver pelts, which opened up the canadian frontier during the early years of canada.
the A frame building which can be seen from the dykes in Pitt Meadows, this image is using a 300mm lens but even without a zoom lens u can pin point this structure, high up in the UBC research forest by looking east from pretty much anywhere on the dykes.
after a heavy rainy day it all of a sudden became sunny there was a double rainbow for a few minutes but i managed to capture this vibrant rainbow from my back yard in pitt meadows

I believe this is the telescope located in ubc research forest, it is located very close but east of the A frame building.
