Hi, more information on this route. from kumili take the road towards Cumbum , from there to Chinnamannur, Theni,Periyakulam and Vathlakundu. from there turn left on reaching the junction of three roads towards Dindugal.About 2kms from there a road will branch off to the left towards Iyyampallayam. Then you shall ask for ThandiKudi and Kodaikanal

The farms of Poomparai Village 30 Km from Kodaikanal, may be a small township some what famous for its temple of Lord Muruga. Here the idol of Lord Muruga was made by the same priest who made the palani andavar idol for Palani
