Pretty amazing coincidence. In June 1999 AK HWY 2 was closed middle of June because of fires what we realized only at the Tetlin Junction coming from Fairbanks via Chicken (. We lucked out taking the Top of the World HWY. The air looked very similar like on your picture, very well captured.

Best Fish sandwich I ever ate was enjoyed here on Christmas eve, 2009. Perhaps because it was the first meal outside of the car since leaving Boise Idaho about 55 hours earlier. Even so, it was a darn good sandwich!
