Pedro Pérez García
During his 30 years working in media and as a photographer has taken courses in photography instructors Kodak Mexicana and photo editors of the Dallas Morning News and Washington Post.
He has received instruction from great photographers like Ricardo Ferro (American photojournalist, a finalist for the Pulitzer), Pedro Valtierra (several times National Award for Photojournalism) Emilio Banuelos (prominent and enthusiastic photojournalist Missouri) and Eduardo Gonzalez Monterrey photographer.
He has held various positions in Vanguardia newspaper, El Diario de Coahuila, La Voz de Piedras Negras, SIP News Agency and now almost six years in Zocalo Monclova.
The last 8 years or so is an instructor in art photography and photojournalism. He has taught courses on the subject in the School of Social Work and the Faculty of Communication Sciences of the Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila in Saltillo, Coahuila and Texas Museum, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Institute of Studies Top of Coahuila.
Throughout all these years has won several awards and state and national awards as the Best Photography Award from the Mexican League Baseball edciciones 1989 and 1990, honorable mention in the photography biennial Icocult and third in the pageant The Coahuila and Sport. He has exhibited in the Vito Alessio Robles in Saltillo and New Cafe show flashes of his Monclova.Intereses Photography
