Hi, this is scanned picture... I believe that no civil person has taken eny picture of submarine base. We visit old war museum in Murmansk and they was selling same submarine pictures.
Well, all this area from Haishenwai (Russian name: Vladivostok) to Fuyori (Russ. Nikolayevsk) is simply a historic Manchuria and is already de facto reverting to China as we speak.
