Hi Suzi Yes I would think our plants and birds are much alike. the most common magnolia is the large white, sweet fragrant blossom that the South is known for, but this little bush/plant produces this lovely magenta colored bloom and there are quite a few of these also, I have two, but the cold weather in last several weeks has stunted its production of the many blooms it usually has!
We had frost too, Thursday night! we dashed out before bedtime, and covered as many of our Azalea bushes as we could, as they are now budding, and some already in full bloom. they look ok, but not as healthy as past years, with this weather situation this year.
its OK about the birthday, you aren't the only one who got the date wrong:) but close friends and family gave me a wonderful day full of fun
and surprises!! Thanks for your visit, its good to hear from you, all the way from the West coast :)
YES, Happy Hugs for Spring! ~~Sarah~~
Many thanks, dear Ahmet - so pleased that you like this rainy day image. I agree that it is beautiful here - rain or shine. I was able to spend some time at the edge of the Pacific this morning - makes a good day that much better - in the misty sunshine. Hoping life is good wherever you go. Happy greetings and best wishes to you in Macedonia (O:
Excellent! YSL! Nice gallery! Friendly greetings, Petr
Sarah O Wow you write the nicest things dear QofC ~ All you need is walking and stalking. Then point your new toy in the right direction and snap, snap, snap. Take enough shots at different settings and something has to turn out OK :~) Your son can guide you to the deer that is for sure ~~~~ By the end of June I should be as good as new and I'm practically there now as long as I don't forget to lift stuff!!! Glad to read that you are fine ~ great news ~ Happy hugs ~ nick
*Suzi in Oregon * ~ No it is not a trick of the light dear LTM :~) Thanks for the compliment to me and the birdie ~ Hugs ~GW x
After reading your titles and captions: your company ain't bad...
A happy hello and thanks so much for the lovely message, dear Amelia. We arrived a few minutes before the museum opened, so I was peeking! It looked so warm and cozy inside, while wet and blustery out. Sad to say, no pics allowed inside for this wonderful glass art exhibit - it was full of photographic, mostly macro opportunities - and there were at least two pieces that I wish I could afford to buy. Another blustery day here today - Spring must be roaring in! Happy hugs, dear friend (O:
