Suzi in Oregon's conversations

I could do with someone like you out and about with me, Jorge. I agree, it is much more likely to be Aeshna mixta, and definitely female. I have to say that I saw lots of these late dragonflies in Norway, and they were easy to photograph because they were so still on windless days.

I will rename it now. Thank you for your visit and amazing knowledge!

Greetings, Amelia

I imagine there are some great puddles beneath the bridge today, dears Amelia and Leo, or perhaps just one huge one! It has been raining for 14 hours. I am liking the 550 very much - it has a viewfinder and a large display, and aperture settings. Thanks and happy hugs (O:

This was one of many gorgeous mornings in January. Thanks so much, Leo dear, wish you both were here too. Happy hugs (O:

“Wetherspoons? They’ve all got character. They’ve all got the same character.”

Echt schitterend, prachtig beeld! Complimenten, Jan

Wow Suzi. Thank you. This shows the plant before the demolition of the PG&E Oleum Power Plant in the early 90's. (The six black stacks and the red brick building)
