Sure it a mistake. Actully, the south part is Hulhudhoo and north part is Meedhoo. Most of the picture you mentioned was Meedhoo side but not Hulhudhoo.

Hulhudhoo and Meedhoo is totally different two parts eventhough it's connected geographically.
