Не совсем удачный ракурс. Долгое время самарцы и самарашки называли любовно этот монумент памятником Паниковскому. В последнее время я слышал, что также с любовью этот символ Самары называют памятником первому самарскому козлу.

We (the owners) don't mind, really, (actually this is an old photo anyway now) But maybe you should go farther east- to the public reserve area- to avoid concerns with other private property owners up there. only rules if you want to photograph from there again (as far as leftbank farms is concerned) is don't take a truckload of fruit & sell it & don't swim in the Reservoir. As a matter of fact, better if you don't even snag one lemon.
