I'm glad you enjoied that place. I see that every weekend many people come here.
I love this place for nature & wildlife (I found a deer killed by a wolf.. still regret I hadn't the camera with me), and also because there are some forgotten places with ruins of buildings that show how it was life 60 years ago. It's like going back in time, in a place were you don't see signs of modern life and all this within few km from the road.
Finally, after the poetry, you can go to eat "gnocco fritto" in the restaurant near Poiano springs :)
Hi Rafal, the most of this snow has fallen during a single night!
A strong cold wind from the north did that:
the snow was blown away from the roof, and accumulated on the soil.
Luckily so much snow is rare: the municipality almost did bankruptcy for that :)
Italy is often sunny but also misty, rainy, snowy especially in this mountain place...
