here the English translation:

"To the Motherland wings" Monument, stated in honor to Aeronautics Argentine's people. It was designed by Wilfredo Vladrich & Architect Lui E. Boiso. was inaugurated in 1973. The sculpture, maked in dark patina, simulates a winged female figure, with her arms opened and lifting on to the space. her hands have a crown of laurels. a Glory & Victory simbol. height: 12,60 meters. You can find it at roundabout Constitucion Avenue & F.U. Camet avenue, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. A small replica of this sculpture are near the "Condor Building", home of the Argentine Air Force, in Buenos Aires.
