We are truly lucky to live in such a wonderful world. I hope that my photography may serve as a reminder of all the beauty that we see every day and invoke a sense of stewardship and a desire to keep the world a wonderful place. Each person on the earth contributes to change, and as these daily contributions add up, they can have a positive, negative or neutral effect. I hope that these photos inspire people to adopt daily behaviors that result in either positive change or neutrality on a global scale.

They are fairly unique when one sees them feeding Lizab. Of course this only happens when they are covered in sea water. The very small 'tentacles' capture pieces of detritus as the tide washes over them. At low tide the 'plates' of the barnacle close over to protect the organism. I'm so pleased that you looked at this photo. Thank you.
