Hallo bayernengel: Mein Vater Clement Renzi, hat "The Visit" gemacht. Er hat einen ausgezeichneten Lehrer gehabt,Henry Schaefer-Simmern, d er eigentlich Deutsch war und stammte aus Simmern.

This is really a wonderful picture, Chip! I think it's one of the most beautiful spots of Yosemite Nat'l Park. I was there back in the late 70s and wish I could see it once more! Best wishes from Germany, Anne

Thanks for your nice comment, Chip! Sorry for taking almost 5 years to reply but somehow I must have missed it somehow! I don't think the Japanese Garden already existed back in the late 60s when you were stationed in "K-town"! Anyway, I'm glad this photo brought back good memories to you!:)
