This bridge was built by the Hallock Brothers, which was my 2d Great Grandfather, Alphonso, and his brother, Lawrence. Thanks for posting this picture.

Another valuable piece of railroad history in Wheeling. What an heritage gone lost, I hope that this remains will be preserved.

Thank you for documenting a piece of the unfortunate and nearly forgotten valuable railroad system in a very interesting city. I love the complex railroad history of Wheeling and especially the remains that are still visible.
