Great photo. I used to live around the corner, down by the bridge (Toldbodgade). That was back in the late 40s/early 50s, before Nyhavn became a tourist spot. Beer dives and tattoo parlors lined this strip back then. I would bicycle along this part of Nyhavn each morning to go to work.
