Hi Rait,
I have finally discovered that the Stalker film location (truck scene, arrival in the Zone) is a little downstream following the river Pirita. Just a few meters to North after passing under the Highway.
It is an abandonned railway bridge. There is a photo of -Antidote- that depict the location. In google maps you even see the shadow of the pole filmed during the begin of the march scene.
