I'm very happily retired and am lucky to live near the Thames and some big royal parks, which all gives plenty of photo inspiration. I'm finding photography has become my main hobby/passion - but it's very frustrating; I can never seem to reproduce the photo I have in my brain! But I'll keep trying. Panoramio is one of my happiest discoveries; such brilliant photos by supposed 'amateurs'! Au Revoir, _Brian_.

Great site Brian

A big like

Thanks again, Derek. Yes, obviously old and neglected but still has a sturdy well-built look. I hope the renovators would work round the tree, a big attraction me personally.

Best wishes, Brian.

What a beautiful scenery!

Excellent photo, I like+fav it a lot!

Friendly greetings,

Glad you like, Derek. Thanks! Would have like to hang around to see what changing light would present but there was a cold wind, and then it started to rain....... 12 mile walk back to my rented cottage.

Best wishes, Brian.

Beautiful shapes! Very effective contrast against that blue sky methinks. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

Pristine sand, sea, sunshine - just you and your partner, nobody else (except that darned photographer! LOL). Great place ro spend Boxing Day and get away from it all. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

It looks so sunny! Loads of contrast, so easy to have washed-out bits, but you coped well methinks. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

Thank you Rajapaksa for L/F. Greetings from Austria, Heinz
